Quarantine Fitness Inspiration

Maybe this is 12 weeks too late but I’m a firm believe in better late than never. Here is a list of my favorite people and place to get my fitness on at home. You will see there is a wide variety of styles and types. Some are body weight and some include weights so can still get your sweat on at home depending on what you have a home!

YOGA

  • Megan Cuzzolino (lots of classes on her website and on going. She also does meditations on IG live)

PILATES

MOBILTY/PHYSICAL THERAPY

  • Motiv NY they have an app with lots of classes and exercises as well as online sessions

  • Jessica Lu offers online sessions and specializes in woman’s health.  Check her out on Instagram @RECOVRNYC

HITT/Strength

  • Motiv (offers bodyweight and weighted exercises. Their app has workouts AND they do IG live classes)

  • Casey Sheppard (you may need a dumbbell or weights for his workouts)

  • Tyler Lefloch (Great resource for body and mind strength, offers workouts and LOTS of tips)

Dance and Movement Classes

  • Gaga (both for dancers and non dancers, a fun way to move your body and groove to music. They offer 7 classes daily!)

  • Christine, Living Dance (Dance inspired cardio workout. She has lots of great resources and classes on her website)

  • Jackie Nowicki (offers two classes weekly both on zoom and IG live)

  • Mike Esperanza (offers two, two hour classes a week through zoom)

  • Billy Blanken (offers 6 weekly ballet classes on zoom. Send him a DM for class info)

  • Alvin Ailey Extensions (offers many different style classes to all levels)

  • Peridance (offers many different style classes to all levels)

  • Gibney Dance Studio (offers many different style classes to all levels)

  • Broadway Dance Center (offers many different style classes to all levels)

  • Steps on Broadway (offers many style different classes to all levels)
