FUEL MOVE LOVE 2021 CHALLENGE
What:
This “challenge” is for anyone who is feeling stuck or who needs a little extra motivation to kick off 2021 on a high note. During this month together we will set goals both big and small, we will work together to move more, eat cleaner, hydrate, mediate, journal, and connect with self. 2020 was a hard year, give yourself a chance to turn inward and give back to yourself. I believe that health is all about the power to FUEL, MOVE and most importantly LOVE yourself.
We will start the month with a journal reflection on last year and set intentions for the coming year. Each week you will receive journal prompts, recorded workouts, have a chance to workout with me live, recipes, as well as one group zoom coaching call and a way to come together to check in, get coached and connect with others. Each week you will have a MOVE goal, FUEL goal, and LOVE goal:
MOVE 4 times (min of 10 mins). It can be the workouts I provide for you or whatever you’d like
FUEL yourself with 2 servings of plants in each meal per day
drink 75 oz of water daily
LOVE yourself with 5 minutes (minimum) of meditation each day
LOVE yourself with weekly journal prompts and self care challenges
You will be invited to a private group on WhatsApp to be able to be able to communicate with the group, share tips, struggles, get coached by me, and receive daily motivation from me and others in the challenge. Accountability is an important tool when working on a goal, this group will give you the accountability you need to achieve your goals.
